A thorough cleaning and sanitizing process is completed after each check-out. — NO SMOKING INSIDE — Smoking of any kind is not permitted indoors. Evidence of smoking will result in a $1000 fee for odor removal and professional cleaning. — NO PARTIES OR EVENTS — Please treat our home with care, as if it were your own. Unauthorized events—defined as more guests than your reservation allows—will result in a $1000 fee. This is in line with fees charged by local event venues. — NO PETS POLICY — While we love animals, pets are not permitted to maintain an allergen-free space for all guests. Bringing a pet will result in a $1000 cleaning fee.
